You don't have to have the full 40g all at once, you can spilt it across the day if you like
A lot of people do that with their Milk allowance as they use it in tea/coffee.
I was recently informed that you also don't have to use the entire allowance if you don't want to. Personally I find I lose better if I use my 30g cheese and 2 hifi bars every day (I don't have anything other than the SW hifi bars as my B choice, and I don't like milk lol)
But if you don't use all of your Milk, don't feel like you have to force yourself to drink the rest before the end of the day, same with the cereal.
Does that make sense? Or just confuse you?
