Funny, I was wondering about maintaining after reaching target and actually asked our leader about it a month or so ago. I was concerned about how you hover around it after.

She said you can just use a bit more of your healthy a/bs and it was exactly what I thought. ie, for me, it would mean more cheese for instance. She said that is correct ...

BUT, and this is important, she said that many when they hit target think it means WOO HOO eat chocolate, cakes etc. I never thought that so fingers crossed I can hover like you x
