Mayflower Chinese sauce is brilliant for the Chinese curry craving, only 4 syns per serving. So easy to make. Add chunky onions , peas and cooked chicken breast ( cook it all in fry then add it to sauce) on s bed of boiled rice or SW wedges . Good luck, plenty of support on here, use it!

Ooooh lots of interesting help I found chicken tonight Spanish chicken it's 10 Syns for full jar so I took 5 Syns off but still doing good sat here looking at partner scoff. A mint Cornetto and choc and I resisted instead i find very good choc sticks mikado one syn each or half syn they are lovely to nibble 😂😂
