Free Food

Hi guys

Just a simple question, i usually have a muller light with fruit for my breakfast and was wondering, if i had another muller light would i need to syn that?

Hi Amanda

No you wouldn't need to syn it, unless it's one of the already synned ones

Anything that shows on the SW website as FREE, is Free. No matter how much of it you eat.
However, I would always advise eating the free foods in moderation i.e. potatoes, rice, pasta, yogurts, etc.
Eating too much of these and not enough of the Speed and Protein foods can stall your losses further down the line

Slimming world is amazing diet; it is very hard to get your head around the fact eating all this and still losing weight. I had two work colleagues who I took to slimming world in our taster session, they decided to sit for the meeting, and they couldn't believe it works. Both only have about a stone to lose, both reached target within three months ( they put me to shame) as I am still struggling, up, and down, and have more than 5 stones at least lose.

Sorry to go on but one of them told me I tried for a year to lose that stone, and I couldn't, and did fasting, and extreme dieting but she couldn't lose it, she says I couldn't believe eating all this I would lose in my first week but she kept losing, and now she doesn't have to pay. Now both complain that their clothes doesn't fit them anymore!
