Hi there, started SW online last Wednesday, I am also coeliac, so have to eat gluten free. Found it a bit hard going this week, but getting there. I love bread (even gluten free bread), and just miss it so much, so normally use my HEb as bread and syne a slice or 2.

It can be hard getting used to not having certain things can't it! Good luck with the plan, and although I am not coeliac personally and don't really know the limitations on what contains gluten (If I remember rightly from a conversation witha coeliac, there are some non-obvious foods that contain gluten) there are plenty of people here to help and advise on the rest of the plan where needed, or just provide general support
