Tesco Bircher Muesli Base 750G


A blend of oats, barley, oat bran, spelt, quinoa and buckwheat with raisins, sultanas, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds


Just to let you konw that this is a hex b choice (35g)and is a great alternative to porridge i just add the yoghurt to it and no juice.

That sounds right up my street I'll look out for some.
