For pregnancy they recommend you select 2 ‘a’ and 2 ‘b’ Healthy Extra choices to help supply a good balance of important nutrients such as calcium and fibre during your pregnancy. And the follow the normal rules of pregancy (folic acid, prenatal supplements, avoid alcohol, caffine, blue cheese, raw eggs & shellfish, etc)

For breastfeeding they suggest to increase your energy and calcium intake. When breast-feeding your recommended daily intake of calcium increases to 1,200mg.
When the baby is up to 2 months - 5 total HEx's (with 3 or 4 being from the milk and cheese section)
2 to 3 months - 6 hex's
4 to 6 months (if starting to wean) - 5 hex's
4 to 6 months (if breast milk is the only source of nutrient for your baby) - 6 hex's

If breast feeding past 6 months, follow EE as normal and add 1 extra A choice.

Does that help?
