To be honest I don't know what the view is regarding supplements. My assumption would be that they would advise against it, but that may depend on what kind of supplement you take.
I've no idea what ketones are in honesty, so I wouldn't even know what they are meant to do/improve.
And as for the green tea supplements, why not drink a cup of green tea instead of taking a tablet form? Surely the effects would be the same??
(This is why I've never gone for supplements and vitamins, I'd rather eat the piece of fruit/veg/meat or drink whatever it is instead
