That helps a lot! Thank you so much. I have been thinking about the speed food at breakfast & lunch. I just find it so hard to keep eating all of that food all of the time! I'll try to add more speed for breakfast & lunch. Thanks for replying. I'll update you on Monday... Loss or gain. ☺️

Hi everyone..i joined sw last mon an iv lost 3 1/2 lb eatin all around me😀dne it by the book...
Today
Breakfast-porridge/banana an half apple
Lunch -muller low fat custard flavour with mangerine an strawberries
Dinner- 1 white slice bread
2 eggs
Piece of gammon steak
Baked Beans
Mushrooms
Tomato
Onion
Garlic
peppers
Soy sauce
Chili powder
