Hi, weigh in tonight then, I'm making slow progress but haven't a lot to lose - about a stone - I lost 2 first week, 2.5 second week and only 1lb last week - not holding out much hope for this week, not maxed out my syn's or anything just feeling like st best I've maintained!

Today I made the SW Salmon pate and it was a disaster. I've made many Pates in the past and never encountered any problem whatsoever, although none of those recipes used quark. It's such a simple recipe so I don't know what went wrong as I used the exact ingredients and quantities. When I began to blitz the ingredients the mix just got thinner and runnier until it became the consistency of milk. The more I blended the thinner it got! I haven't a clue how to remedy this so any suggestion welcome, otherwise its down the drain tomorrow. Shame to waste all that salmon! Very disappointing and very baffled. I'm wondering if this might be a quirk of quark.

Hi I'm a Tuesday night wi, nowt to report this week stayed the same really was hoping for my half stone
Tomorrow is another day brekkie made for tomorrow overnight oats made with mango and peach ffyog and loads of raspberry yum yum

Think it might be my meds that's hindering me but just have measured my self and have lost 3" so it's not all bad 😀

0.5 "of each thigh 0.5" off my arms and an inch off my hips. Wish it was my waist but that will come 😊
