Shifts
Good Morning,
I have weigh in tomorrow and I am not feeling very confident....
I work shifts and it's late week and this is when I really struggle with food. I would take my SW ready meals but the length of time it takes to heat up would only leave me with 10 mins if that to eat by the time I have taken it to the microwaves downstairs and come back up.
Has anyone got any hints and tips to assist me with this? I really want to beat the fat this time
I am also looking to stay away from carbs as this is what piles the weight on for me xx
I work late shifts but only twice a week. I tend to make a salad with plenty of meat, eggs or cheese. Could you save your B and take a sandwich/bap and then fruit and yogurt? The SW egg muffins are tasty and can be eaten cold. I rely heavily on carbs so can't think of what else to suggest.
I'm thinking the muffins for breakfast or make a batch and freeze?
Hi I work lates too, I take beans and sausages (veggie), chickpea dhal or things like veggie sausages with salad / fruit and hummus with falafels salads. I only get a really short break too so know the feeling of trying to stay healthy.
Could you get a flask / container that keeps food hot and take something already heated?
