Always hungry no matter what I eat on slimming world

Hi there, I'm having a problem where no matter what I eat I'm always hungry about an hour later sometimes earlier, I did wonder if I'm not having enough carbs in my diet, does anyone have any advice?

My first suggestion would be to have more meat in your meals, but any form of protein would work (I don't know whether you are veggie or not )
The idea is to fill your plate with a third each of protein, speed foods and other free foods. Generally, my plates are mostly speed and protein foods, and I find I'm not hungry as much in between meals.

Carbs will fill you up obviously, but I find I always feel really bloated when I eat too many of them. Like the other day, I had pasta twice in one day and I felt really bloated the rest of the day and the following day.

Do you drink enough water? I have found that if I don't drink enough water in the day I get hungry quicker.

I'm really bad at drinking enough in general so water could be one thing, can you give me any ideas of your typical day on the plan?

I generally drink 2.5 L of water a day at least if I can't I'll drink three-ish.
Typically for me, I have something like the following:
Breakfast: melon, strawberries
Snack: Apple, satsuma
Lunch: usually a salad with tuna/ham/ chicken, but sometimes a SW friendly meal
Snack: some more fruit pears, nectarines, peaches, I always pick from the speed fruits)
Tea: anything from chilli, bolognese, stir frys, curries, burgers with SW chips, or a piece of meat (chicken breast, steak, gammon) with veggies and maybe some form of potato (chips, jacket, new potatoes, etc)

Does that help at all?? If you want to take a look at my diary and especially the last three weeks, I've been really on plan. the meals are the right sort of thing to be eating when you're on plan.
Most diaries on here are good examples, take a look around and ask questions where you have any

Is it always like that or is it recent? I find that for one week a month I feel really hungry no matter how much I eat, I'm also bloated and I retain water and it's the week when I'd be on my period if I wasn't on the implant. So could it be hormonal if it's only recent/only certain times?

If you are on the website (and not the tapatalk app like me atm) there's a link just on the left hand side of my post, just above my weight stats.
Sometimes people don't lose because they've not eaten enough. If you keep eating your metabolism keeps working too
For the next week, try to increase how much you are drinking, and maybe add more protein to your meals.
