These recipes look great ive planned most evening meals for next week are from this book especially looking forward too the mushroom ragu and gnocchi. Yum anyone else have the book and tried the recipes?

I have the book but haven't tried anything yet except the Mediterranean veg bake thing that someone made for our taster session (it was really good!)
I'm not veggie, but I like new ideas of what to do with my veg, so looking forward to picking some recipes for next week (working late every night this week at work so it's salads or batch cooked meals for me lol)
