I really struggle with weekends too, I find it easier in the weeks as well because of pre-planning but weekends are hard when you are home and have more temptation to hand. Plus the other half isn't as interested so he is always hinting or ordering take always, I've learnt to say no but it's very tempting!
Thankfully I don't have scales or I'd be obsessed too, I lost 2 and a half stone last year (quickly put it back on) but I was doing it at home just eating as healthy as possible and going to the gym. I was obsessed with weighing in at the gym and I think that's where I went wrong as if I didn't have a good week I ate complete junk and was really upset.
My SW consultant always says that the best thing to do if you're eating out is to make suitable swaps, chips - jacket potato and/or salad. Steak instead of burger etc. If you're anything like me then you won't
But enjoy it what ever you have!
