I managed to lose the 30lb by using mfp and just hitting the gym but then I had emergency surgery for my appendix and lost all motivation, kept restarting through the year but never managed a week! Joined sw last October but again more surgery and then never stuck, been hitting the gym pretty well though most weeks 3-4 times but it's just my eating I struggle with, and slimming world on paper is my perfect plan so starting again!

Lyndsey, we went to Wetherspoons in the end, I ordered BBQ chicken melt and swapped the chips for a jacket potato but then put butter on the potato and had 2 pints as well so it wasn't healthy at all!
My friend also brought a dozen homemade salted caramel chocolate brownies and a bottle of wine as a thank you... I've managed to leave the wine alone but the brownies are going down very nicely! We've just decided to enjoy them, have 1 each every day until we finish them and make sure we keep to plan for everything else. There would be a time where they would be gone in a matter of hours
How have your weekends been?

Mmmm BBQ chicken melt, one of my favourites. I think that's a good idea about the brownies, at least you're spreading the syns out then
Do you want my address so you can post me some? Haha. Weekend was good, I lost control a little on Sunday as it was my nieces birthday party. I made a salad as I knew there wouldn't be one, ate a large plate and then continued to eat some pizza slices, sausage roles and birthday cake. Luckily I didn't go anywhere as mad as I would usually, but I still felt a little disappointed.
But hey ho, onwards and upwards (or downwards on the scales I hope!
)

pretty good thanks, I was nervous of getting g on the scales this morning because I haven't exactly stuck rigidly to plan this week but lost a whole 3.5 lb bringing me to 16st 5lb

I'm great thanks, doing well at the moment. Cooking a nice big Sunday lunch and getting my soup ready for next week, just taking a 5 minute break from the kitchen.
