Uncle bens spicy pilau rice microwave
Anyone know the syns? Sorry to ask just can't find it anywhere I can find the plain pilau rice but not the spciy one

To use the online syn calculator on SW website you need the Cals, protein, carb and fat info, not the stuff you find on the front of the pack
The syns are the same as the normal pilau packet, 2 syns per 125g so the whole thing is 4
