Looks like 1.5 syns if it's the one with live cultures. The toffee, banana and forest fruit ones are free.

I use Tesco 0% Greek yogurt in the little pots you get four for a pound I mixed it with sweet freedom chocolate or original its alright I prefer natural or Greek yogurt the flavoured free yogurts taste too much artificial too me. Danio yogurts are lush really thick and pretty low syns

Loving the aldi fat free Greek style lemon yogurts. Just like eating a lemon mousse. Didn't realise the coconut ones were free as well. Will have to try them.
