Hi all,

new to this forum and starting slimming world for the first time again in a few years, but find the classes too expensive so thought I would try here for support.


I've a few questions if anyone could help?

slimming world used to been green and red days but notice now you can two. do you have to do this or can you continue with the red n green days?

Also I used to get he food directory book, is there anywhere you can get these cheap as noticed they are over £20 on ebay now.

You can still do red and green days if it is easier for you.

I do think Extra Easy is quite simple to get your head around (but some terms have changed ie, no 'superfree' any more, most of the 'superfree' foods are still free but some are labelled as speed food [S] and some are high protein labelled [P])

I would recommend popping along to a group, you can buy all the cookbooks at retail value, and have a manual to the new plan, along with a full explanation - as well as access to syns online for the first two weeks. All very useful when starting again
