Hi never occurred to me that I would fit in here.. but look forward to following down the 15 stone bracket.
I have a feeling this week was really slow - I weigh in tomorrow. I've not really done badly but worked a lot and not been weighing myself at home so feeling uncertain after a big loss last week am hoping I see a loss at least. I feel like I have first week nerves. lol

Hi Everyone.
I am whizzing through the 15's so far... but this is week 4 so it has to start to slow soon. Currently at 15st 7lb.... so desperately want to get to 14 for Christmas, that would be ace!
Good luck all of you for a great week.

Sadly think my 3.5lb was a spring board as I gained 2lb last week with no reason for it.
So.. sitting at 15st 9lb as I go to weigh in tonight.. hoping to be back down the 2lb from last week. Fingers x'd. I still find it a bit strange being in the 15 stone range as I started out in the 17 stone range. have taken my inches today and trying to focus on more than the scale.
I have added in running / couch to 5k plan with a view to carrying it on through winter - when I ride my horse less, and walk less with the kids etc.
How you all doing?

I do I don't ride as much as I should though - time, kids, weather, horse that doesn't like wind etc all get in the way. lol I was 35 when I got him he was a foal and is 8 now.
Well the sun came out and we loaded up our cycles (hubby and I) - had a quick spin - 4 miles but it's the first time since last year that I've cycled and I'm really not great. lol I did work on some hills though and made it up all but one. Felt great to be out again and really enjoyed.
off to weigh in later, fingers x'd see a loss.
