Food Supplements on SW

Hi guys

Just wanted your thoughts on this. I'm doing my best to be really healthy and today I was given some Fat Metabolism supplements from Holland and Barrett.

I checked the ingredients and it basically contains caffeine, green tea and capsicum so nothing unnatural or chemically (if that's even a word! ) They're supposed to boost metabolism and encourage weight loss when used alongside a healthy diet.

What I was wondering, did anyone on here take them? Did they help? Or is it just another gimmic?
