Hi everyone

Wife joined S.W. & as main cook & bottle washer I guess I have too.
After changing job I have become a bit lazy & piled on around 3St.
Which with our daughters wedding coming up in Hawaii in October I need to get rid of so its time to make a life style change so I don't look like the fat dad sitting in the corner.
With my wife's help & us supporting each other I'm determined to do it & to use the recipies on here & others stories as inspiration to reach my target weight & maybe even beyond.

I have a spare tyre I now need to get rid of. Hardly done any exercising this year due to being ill and everything has gone wobbly. Need to sort mine out asap.
