Through the stone to your zone - 13 to 12
These threads seem really motivational, but I couldn't find one for 13-12.
Tonight, I will have my second weigh-in with Slimming World and at my last weigh in, I was 12st 10.
Would anyone like to join me? These type of threads seem fun and dynamic- it's like a milestone to move onto the next!

Oh well done!! You are where I am aiming for! But you will probably be in the next bracket by the time I come in here properly. :/

Thanks, Milly I'm assuming that you're new to Slimming World aswell?
My weigh in is tonight and I'm a bit nervous. It's hard to believe that you can lose weight after eating so much.

Yes, I week 3 now. Horrid feeling of guilt being so stuffed all the time! Good luck with the weigh in.

Hi guys can I join you? At the moment I'm 13st 4.75. I just started today and I'm trying to get to under 10. I think this would be a great way of keeping me motivated.

Hi JaquiE, you are welcome here! I'm pleased that you will find this thread motivating.
Well, I had my weigh-in last night and gained 1lb :-(, so I've lost 2lbs over two weeks. The leader gave me some Slimmers Against Sabotage logging forms, but I'm going to weigh everything and calorie count it to see how high I go.
I have Attention Deficite find it really difficult to avoid impulse eating as it helps me to releive my restlessness. I am trying a new medication next week, so hopefully in a few weeks, I won't be such a pig!

Hi Mischa (we seem to be following each other around here today LOL). How about having a tub of ready chopped fruit or salad veggies in the fridge so if you do feel like impulse eating you can grab that rather than rubbish.
That's what I plan to do cos my OH goes to bed really early and I find I sit and eat garbage all night while watching the tv.

JaquiE, we do, don't we! lol. That's a good idea. I plan to start doing that.
Do you have anything with your chopped vegies to make them more apetising, or are you ultra good?

I'm a freak for humus which is not too good but I did notice a FREE recipe in the last SW mag so I'm going to give that a go. They can be a bit bland and unappetising otherwise can't they.

Mischa today I filled a tub with a chopped up large pineapple and I've been snacking on that. It seems to be helping.
