I'm desperate to drop down to the 12's. Does anyone workout? Or just concentrate on food plan?

I do do exercise, I cycle about 5 miles a day to get to work, however I think I would have to do more for it to have any real effect on my weightloss as I don't really cycle that fast and I hardly do any exercise at the weekend.

My job is very active everyday, so I maintain my weight, without slimming world I do consume allot of carbs, I was hoping to loose more this month as I've been very strict! Gutting. Maybe a gym membership is in order!!
