To go from a size 26 to a size 12 s absolutely amazing. I bet you look completely different from your before photos. You should upload some to give inspiration to others.

Good to see some more faces in here. Ive been away in Devon/Cornwall on holiday for the past 2 weeks. If my scales are right Ive lost 4 1/2 lbs on holidays. Wont find out for sure until weigh in day on Tuesday but Im hopeful !

Thanks, It would be totally amazing. Although i did have some Cornish delicacies ; ) I also was walking 2 -3 miles most days . So I feel like I have toned up as well which is awesome.

Im a bit disappointed today. [I] got my 1 stone which is great but I def lost about 4 lbs in the holidays so I have no idea how I can have gained 3 in a week. Ive been eating properly and moving around a lot. I know we are heavier in the evening than the morning. But it feels really disappointing. I was so good on my holidays, walking everyday and now it seem that I dont get to collect the bonus for it.... Hope everyone else has a good week xx

Jaytee, I know how you feel; I out on 1.5lb this week... Another gain. I'm feeling low and wondering whether I'm just going to keep creeping up.

Well done on the stone award though; that's fab and a real achievement. Our bodies are weird; I was on target for a loss this week on Friday and then somehow I haven't achieved it. I'm also out of target by 0.5lb and my husband isn't being very supportive as I've gained twice.

Still, a fresh week. We can do this!

Hi all. Stayed the same this week (which I'm happy about, after being away for the weekend). I'm only just in this zone (10st 13.5) so I really need to keep focused this week...I'm guessing we all do! So I'm going to check in each day to 'own' how I'm doing each day, who's with me...?
