1.5lb off for me this week, a lovely surprise considering! I'd guess not having 3 meals a day helped, as sometimes I'd eaten so much I didn't need that third meal xD Not something I'd make habit, but it helps me feel like I at least have a chance of losing on those odd weeks that call for it.
So happy to have started running again today after a 2 week break because of hurting my ankle. Managed to finish the 30 minutes, but got tired after 5!
