I had a Cadbury's Highlights hot chocolate made with 250ml of skimmed milk. Only 2 syns as the skimmed milk was part of my HE A, but feels like it should be so much more as it's so creamy and chocolatey.

^ I always do my hot chocolates with the HE A, and agree completely. I've done the maths with calories for Starbucks drinks, and if you use all your HE A, you could get a small hot chocolate without the whipped cream for 3 syns! I also add sugar free hazelnut syrup as it's free. So nice! I also use 4.5-6 syns on Whittard Hot Chocolate. Definitely hits the spot more than a biscuit for the same amount of syns would.

Today, I had:

- 1 syn on x2 Maltesers after the box greeted me in the fridge :P
- 1 syn on x2 WeightWatcher sausages
- 3.5 syns on Asda Black Bean Sauce
- 6 syns on Whittard Praline White Hot Chocolate
- 0.5 syns on a Lidl Orange Yoghurt

Mine will just be the Cadbury's Highlights again.

At the class tomorrow I think I'll buy a few of the HiFi bars they sell. It's time I started using more of my syns.

I've heard the lemon ones are nice, but not tried them yet.

It worked out only 1 slice of my bread needed syn'ing. So I had a toffee yoghurt with strawberries and a mint hot choc (forget the brand.. it's late I'm tired but it's low fat sachet thingy). lol
