My birthday was last Thursday (my post probably wasn't clear) but thanks for the wishes x

Had weigh in tonight and gained half a pound, which I can live with as I indulged at weekend and in addition it's THAT week..urgh. So I'm back up to 11st 3.5lbs. Fingers crossed for a loss next week.

Oh sorry Jo... It was probably me misreading it!

Half a pound isn't too bad and is easily shifted next week.

I feel I will gain next week as it's my "lovely" week now and I always gain when I lose due to being ill.

We'll write these two weeks off and have fab loses in two weeks time when we're both in the 10s

Had a stupefying 9lbs off in my first week at SW - god knows how that is even possible, mentally preparing myself for a gain next week as I think it must be a fluke of water retention or something -I did start on 'star' week, so I suppose it is cheating a bit. Not complaining though.

Either way, here I am in the glorious 11s. Will catch up with what I have missed in this thread.

Jo, I'm usually the type of person who thinks the glass is too big for the water rather than it's half full/half empty!
