I'm heading in here for a week or so
My head hasn't been in WW for a while, it's given me too much allowance for bad things and I've been making poor choices
the bad I'm eating (syn-wise) would amount to at least 30 syns and I'm choosing bad rather than good :/
So to get me into the habit of eating better I'm giving Sw a go again.
I eat branflakes and porridge, is it 35g of those?
It's going to take more planning but I feel I'm eating too much crap even if I stick to points so it isn't healthy

Good luck Hun! I'm hoping this weather's going to sort my eating out, cos I never fancy eating heavy stuff when it's hot! OHs just bought a bloody fryer though
First day all done and all 100% on plan and free and have used 1/2 syn so can still have some options and a yogurt/fruit and not sure what to have for syns as I'm avoiding chocolate LOL xxx
