Been agess since I been on Ive failed the last two months as I had my kitchen ripped out and had to live off the microwave till the new one was put in Havent been on the scales yet but I just know its not gonna be good news!! Anyway I'm back and ready to get slimming again!

Just about to plan my meals so I can do my online shop and I was trying to work out if the Uncle Bens Ricetime snack pots are still 1 1/2 syns?? I'm not registered on the website as I do it on ym own with all the books but I read online loads of threads in forums saying they were changed to 11 1/2 syns?? Is this correct? Could somone please check on the SW website for me, they are so filling and perfect for lunches but I want to make sure I can still have them.
