Maybe it's due to my disappointment at my 1lb loss last week (after I was good all week and have done lots of walking and swimming I was hopeful for more) ,maybe I'm due my star week or Maybe it's the fact that I have to work at kfc and see calorific food all day but I'm feeling totally demotivated tonight and my brain is telling me that I don't want the sw beef goulash that's cooking in the oven, it's saying I want chocolate and a dominoes pizza!!! I'm going on holiday on Friday so Ive been determined to be very good this week but I'm just not feeling it tonight. Anyone else ever feel this way? What do you do to prevent yourself having an epic pig out? X

Some weeks can be slower than others but don't be disappointed with 1lb, have you seen what 1lb of fat looks like? Less weight loss some weeks can be for a number of reasons, the body is a strange thing to understand and none if us are the same.

What I do ... Think the cravings then think about how I would feel after, I usually feel crap and guilty if I go OTT for no reason, I try my best to stick to my 'day off' or I regret what I've eaten.

Sorry you are feeling demotivated. Days like that can be hard. I try to distract myself with other things as much as I can. Sometimes a little treat can help so it doesn't feel like you're denying yourself of what you want.

A 1 lb loss is still good and much better than a gain! Hope you're feeling better today

I was never a massive fan of salmon but since it's healthy I've been looking for something to make it delicious. Here's my recipe!

1 boneless salmon fillet for one person
1 large clove garlic finely chopped or crushed
2 table spoons soy sauce
1 sweetener
1/4 tea spoon coriander powder
1/4 tea soon ginger powder

1. Mix garlic soy coriander and ginger together
2. Put salmon in yin foil ready to wrap
3. Spoon dressing over salmon
4. Wrap up and leave for 10mins to an hour
5. Pop in oven on about 200 degrees
6. Cook for 12 minutes, open up the foil and cook for further 8 minutes
7. Serve and spoon on any left over marinade from foil

Enjoy x
