Oh well done! You really are doing great...start believing that. Think long term; although you probably want to get yo your goal quickly it is far better to go slower and learn the lessons about your eating behaviour or patterns and learn to make changes for the good permanent ones.

I had a small gain on my birthday weekend as I may have over indulged in the cocktails. But then my friends just said be extra good the following week to help get back on track! Don't let the blips get you down or make you give up, and just think how much you would have put on if you weren't following the plan at all!
