Exercise!

Hello Lovely People,

I've never really been one for the gym and nor have I ever really got the time. I was wondering if anyone has any good workout tips I could do at home to help lose weight around my arms, legs, tummy and hips. I go for a half hour walk every lunchtime and then again after work to walk the dog and I'm sure it is helping but I was hoping for some excersises where I can focus on those certain areas.

What does everyone else do to exercise?

Thanks!!

xx

I have been using some targeted workouts that I found on Pinterest. You can specify what areas you are looking to focus on the most and they will show you exercises specifically for that.

Jillian Michaels workout is very good because I have a friend that swears by it. She lost about 10lbs already in a little while. She is also eating healthier though.

Go on YouTube for workout tips because there are a ton of people on there giving tips and tricks.

I too have heard that the 30 Day Shred is really effective. I've never tried it though.

I have a kettlebell at home and I use that to do a workout DVD. It's a good workout and very effective

I have the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and I find it a killer LOL. It´s on youtube ( at least the first level is ) One good thing is that it´s a 20 min work out then its done !
She says she doesn´t understand why people still rave about it and much prefers her new stuff such as body revolution and another one she´s just brought out (cant remember the name I think it has shred in it too )

No, I didn´t have results with it as I didn´t stick with it. My excuse is that all the getting up and down from the floor makes my vertigo worse.

I´ve thought of looking at a kettlebell sometimes. Ehm, interesting.

Hi Everyone
I've just started to incorporate more exercise in my routine this week but it's making me more hungry! Anyone else find this?
I'm now walking to work each day and using my exercise bike 3 times a week (hopefully more when I get into it)
Hope everyone is having a good week!
