Hi I would like to make my own pizza. I can make the sauce syn free, and use my HEalthy option a for the cheese. But dies syn one know how many syns in home made dough?

The syns are quite high in most pizza doughs. This is the recipe from the Slimming World Fakeaways cookbook for pizza dough. It's 5.5 syns for a quarter of the pizza once made. When I made it I divided it into 4 before cooking so I could put my HEa of cheese on my portion. Hope it helps.

PIZZA BASE:

1 Pizza serves 4 people
5.5 syns on all plans
Ready in 20 minutes

Ingredients:
125g Strong Flour
1 Tsp Salt
7g Instant Yeast

Method:
Put the flour in a large mixing bowl, stir in the yeast and salt. Make a well in the middle and pour 75ml of warm water. Mix with a spoon until you have soft slightly wet dough. Dust the surface with flour. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth and cover with a tea towel until you are ready to roll. Once rolled, slide your pizza base onto a baking sheet.
