Today me and my two cherubs are going to the local fruit farm to go fruit picking. We plan on getting strawberries, raspberrys, blackberry and blackcurrant in the first instance.

What fresh fruit recipes can you think of for deserts(with syns I don't mind)

I intend on making me some lush deserts ready for me to indulge in after working all week.

you should try something like that note that you can pretty much use any types of berries but its basically a french custard pie but you can make it very low version...here is a link to a low fat version

Also i believe you can use any type of guar like stevia or splenda to even make a light version .

I like to take fresh berries and stick them into the freezer for a couple hours and then mix them into yogurt. It's so refreshing especially for when it's hot in the summer.

We had a great time. I spent £10 but for that got 6lb strWberries- big fat juicy ones. 2lb each of raspberries, blueberries and black berries.

We made smoothies to start plus had Eton mess with muller light. I frozen the blackberries and blueberries while I think. Last year we did flapjack but I want healthy puddings for me
