If you go to group it is £4.95 a week and the joining fee is £10. But there is usually an offer on for half price or free joining.

The group meeting is called Image Therapy which stands for:

Individual
Motivation
And
Group
Experience

It's basically support if you maintain or gain and an ego boost if you lose. I couldn't do it without a group, I don't trust home scales for one thing lol!
