I sometimes have to drive at lunch time whilst at work. What foods can I take to work for lunches that I can have just in case I'm called out and eat quickly in the car

I did that for years and I found it easiest to pack finger foods. Chicken chunks, veggie pieces, cut up fruits, mini rice cakes, etc. and plenty of ice water in a car friendly cup with a straw. Just be sure to pack enough and keep it properly cooled.

It's very easy to take nuts and fruits with you. Sliced boiled meat, chicken breasts, carrots, little cucumbers

A cold chicken salad would be my choice and a piece of fruit with water to drink

My choice would be a small cooler with a Greek yogurt (protein) and cut-up veggies. You can also take some nuts so you have something crunchy and salty. This is what I'm taking to work tomorrow.
