I bet it isn't that bad but not sure I'm adventurous enough to try it

What kinda things would you use it for?

I thought rice was healthy? Is it a taste thing or diet requirement? I would imagine if you were going to use cauliflower rice it have to be with something quite spicy so the cauliflower acts as a filler rather than contributing to taste.

A lopt of people use califlower rice when they want to keep their carbs down.

Starchy carbs are not particulalry appropriate for the sedentary most of the time, from a physiological perspective, they are much more appropriate for those doing high intensity activity, weight training, sprinting, things that utilise a lot of the sugar (glycogen) in the body as the fuel source.

IF you walk, jog, cycle in a leasurely fashion, that's mainly a fat burning sorm of exercise, so no need for carbs like rice, potatoes etc.

Do you eat unlimited leafy green veg, and cauliflower, broccoli, sales, peppers, cucumber etc.

The only veggies that probably shouldn't be aten freely are starchy ones like peas, corn, carrots etc. And of course, potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips, other underground roots and tubers etc

I haven't but from a quick search online it looks simple enough. Might give it a try one day!

Sori for the delay Stephen, i have been so busy and can't post from my phone.
It seems i s to be all the starchy veg that i most like. Saying that, atm, it's mainly salads. With not having many cooked dinners i thought i might try the cauliflower rice. I haven't got round to it yet....but i will :-)

OMG!!!! It's gorgeous. I have just stir fried (with One cal) red onion, grated celery, mushrooms, shredded chicken, grated cauliflower, garlic, dark soy sauce, lemon juice, dried mixed herbs, chilli flakes, salt pepper and at the end a beaten egg. Total comfort food. I feel like i have had a big plate of chicken fried rice from the Chinese takeaway.
All free on Extra Easy SW
