That doesn't actually sound that bad tbh. Still can't get my head around the cauliflower bit, but I do like chicken fried rice. I suppose with the garlic, soy and chilli I guess it isn't that obvious Might give it a shot

Was is dry or did you put the soy on after? How long did it take to cook?

I put plenty soy and lemon juice on during cooking, it wasnt too dry. I let there r loads of syn free sauces u could add.
