Hi, I am in week six of slimming world. The first week I didn't lose anything. The next 3 weeks I lost 2 pounds per week and this week I have put on 2 pounds. I've stuck to the plan rigidly and been drinking at least 3 litres of water every day. I've had strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, melon and pineapple or a selection of them as well as an apple and a banana every day. I've been eating loads of veg with my meals. I've had between 8 and 15 syns per day and measured alcohol when having it as part of my syns along with low calorie tonic. I am frustrated this week at putting weight on. Can anyone give any advice or does anyone know if I could be eating too much sugary fruit. Any advice welcome. Thank you.
