First weigh in!
So after a fab first weigh in this morning and loosing 4lb
I'm feeling quite chuffed as I stuck to plan all week for the first time in a few attempts to get myself back ion the SW plan. But I know how my body works from previous weight battles so I'm already dreading the slowing down of the scales....
I have printed out a 28lb worth of stars, each star represents half a pound which I will colour in till I get to my first goal, it's great seeing a visible reminder on the wall. Does anyone have any other motivation tips to help keep my scales going down?!

And the idea with the stickers is great.
I've got a graph that I'm using in the back of the SW diary I bought. That's been really useful to be able to see the ups and downs.
And if the losses do slow down, don't let it dishearten you, there's nothing wrong with losing the weight slowly

Yes a graph is a good one, I love colours so could make it quite visual.
And you are right nothing wrong with it coming off slowly, especially as Im in it for the long haul, sick of yo-yoing so as many motivation tips to keep me there is very welcome. Thanks again

After a slow couple off weeks only loosing half a pound due to social commitments I'm very happy to say I managed a 1.5 lb loss this week!
bring on next week.... only half a pound to go till my first half stone!

really please with that as I was away glamping! but I prepped my food before and stuck to it, it worked and I didn't feel like I missed out at all!
