I do slimming world online and weigh in at home Ive put Sunday as my weigh in day but I must admit I've become a bit of a scales addict at the moment, I'm probably ly weighing myself every day... :s

I weigh on Wednesday but addicted to every day and despite 2 100% days it says 3lb gain grrr

I do SW online and weigh at home on a Wednesday. We have a thread for us daily weighers. Honestly, the surprise when you haven't weighed yourself all week is brilliant. I've just gone cold turkey and it's a good feeling to resist the scales!
