-5lb this week! Half stone award and slimmer of the week ahhhhh
I managed to get 2lb off this week, I'm really pleased as its a loss and is what I need to lose to hit my Christmas target........ But I can't help thinking I should be losing more than that, so I'm just about to sit down and plan a super speed week. Fingers crossed it works out

Lyndsey - do you have journal with food diary in it? maybe we can help review things if you want? But honestly 2lb is a respectable loss, I've had weeks of 1lb or even 1lb gain, so it's peaks and troughs.. try and look at the moth overall - make sure you're on plan and drinking lots of water.
And remember it's a long haul - took us a long time to gain weight and will take a lot to lose it.
Thanks PurpleJ, I just think I want to lose it all and I want to lose it all NOW!! Haha... Patience most definitely isn't my strong point. I don't have a food diary to be honest, I'll have a think a little later about putting one on.
Put 1/2 lb on this week but know why so back on track. My daughter graduated so been out a few times this week and only drink on offer was prosecco so drank plenty of that!

Well done! That's a fantastic loss 2 weeks running.
Good luck tomorrow all, I hope it goes well and we've had HUGE losses!
I'm feeling bloated, emosh' and really wishing it wasn't Thursday tomorrow. I've ate well and I've managed to avoid all my usual food fixers that would perk me back up during 'star' week, so fingers crossed there will be a loss. Now I'm going to run and hide under the duvet where I can feel sorry for myself for a little bit longer
