-1.5lbs. A little gutted if I am honest 100% back on plan and more than enough exercise was expecting at least 2lb...

I also weigh in on a Thursday so looking forward to having people I can share with, my weight loss has been slow the last couple of weeks losing half a pound. So for the last couple of days I've really had my head down and stuck to plan, fingers crossed for Thursday!!

Hooray!!

Managed to lose 2 1/2 lbs today, finally feel like I'm focussed and ready again. One of the women weighed today and put 4lb on (she is a target member) she said it was because she had drank a large amount of fluids today. I just wondered whether that would affect it? I can drink 6-7 pints of water a day and don't slow down on weigh in day. Do people drink a little less on weigh in day?

congratulations!

I do tend to slow my drinking down in the afternoon and don't eat after 3pm - I weigh at 7.30pm. But if you always drink water, then continuing to do so won't do any harm as it'd be consistent.
