Paul, the tshirt print is fabulous!
And massively well done on the award
although I couldn't have stood in front of everyone, and I applaud you for that
You get 6 holidays to use within each 12 months of your SW subscription. You don't actually have to go on holiday, but if you can't make it to group because you've got something planned, then you can use a holiday. It just means you don't get charged for that week that you don't attend. They are meant to be booked in advance, but sometimes if you notify your consultant on the day that you can't make it, they'll use one to cover your fee.
If you don't attend for more than 3 weeks without notifying your consultant, or booking any holidays with them, then Paul is correct and your membership lapses. The next time you attended group you would be asked whether you wanted to do a rejoin (lose your weight history and start again for £9.95) or keep your weight loss history and pay the back fees (£14.95). By choosing the second one at £14.95, you are likely to be entered for the greatest loser competition if you've still got the highest weight loss (I think!)
The greatest loser competition winner is chosen based on the person who has lost the most weight in the past 12 months, no matter how long a person has been a member. That information comes from the tablet your consultant uses. The winner in my group was a lady who has been with us less than 6 months and has lost 4 stone (she's fab!)
The consultant just writes the name of the winner on the pre-printed certificate on the night.
As far as I'm aware, you have to have weighed in during that session to be eligible.
The other competitions (man of the year, woman of the year, miss slinky, mr sleek) are all voted by the whole group the week before.
If a consultant runs more than one class, there is a winner in each class.
Does that make it any clearer? Or have I confused you more?
