I have 5 more pounds to lose then I have reached my target, and two more weigh ins before Christmas.

I have promised myself that if I make 15 stone then I will treat myself to a luxury deep filled mince pie......

But there lies the problem. There are six in a packet.

That's absolutely fantastic!

And I agree with the mince pie treat, they're always worth it.
Would they last the week maybe? One a day between Christmas and new year

well rejoined again today. starting weight was a shock. wake up call i needed as put on loads from last time.
