Well done All losers!
Ernie you'll get that stone next week I'm sure!
Hi guys!
I haven't posted in a while - I'm afraid I lost loads of motivation for a bit and managed to gain 4.5lb and just sort of hit a bit of a slump.
But I'm happy to say I've definitely back on track!
I've been doing SP for the past few days and really enjoying it, I haven't missed pasta/potatoes/rice as much as I thought I would. and I love being able to have two HEbs!
I've also been training for a 10k which I'm doing next Sunday (eek!) and that's actually going really well, I've managed to do 5k three times this week.
All in all feeling really positive
I weighed in on Saturday last week as I couldn't make Wednesday, and I lost 2lb which I was very happy with, especially as I'd been away in Amsterdam for a wedding and basically just ate what I wanted...
Then I weighed in Wednesday just gone and was delighted to find I'd lost another 3! That running and SP had paid off! I also got Slimmer of the Week
I think sometimes you just need a bit of a stumble to motivate you to get back on track.
last week I set myself a mini goal of being 12st 5 by my birthday (21st sep), and I'm so happy that I've only got 5 to go to hit that, which I can definitely do!
Best of luck to everyone and I hope you all have a lovely week.
So happy, I lost 2lbs this week. It's been a while
Well done Ellerrose coming back and losing
hope you settle in on the board - there is a Christmas challenge if you fancy joining.
AliCat - Well done

Congrats AliCat
i've changed my weigh in day to Wednesday as it's better with work. First Wednesday weigh in next week
Well done Ali!
I'll be a wednesday weigher too from next week as I am going along to a group for the first time
1.5lbs off for me bringing my total to 12lbs - can see that 1 stone sticker waiting for me with my name on it. :0)
Well chuffed ...just weighed in after week 2 .....got a fabulous 4lb and SOW...I am soooo happy right now
Well done to you both - fantastic losses
Good luck Elen for your group.
I gained
the demoralising thing is I cannot see where I have gone wrong and nor could my consultant! Oh well, need to follow the mantra 'don't let a minor set back effect my long term goal'
