4lb off for me (over 2 weeks). Really pleased. Hoping for at least 1/2lb off next week and then to maintain that weight into the new year!

WI tonight for me, I only out on 2lb in between Christmas and New Year, so tonight's result should be interesting now it's all caught up with me lol
