Well done on the losses, especially yours Matt! Fab stuff!

I weighed today (though I'm staying loyal to the Tuesday weigh in group!) and I lost 1.5lb!

I'm at my "target" though they couldn't change it at my mum's group as she didn't know how. I want to lose another stone and then I think I'll be happy, although today I went shopping and managed to fit into some size 10 jeans and a size 10 dress! Yay!

I did literally do a celebratory dance when I saw 10st 7 on the scales

unfortunately the consultant didn't mention me during group therapy when everyone else was having their praise... She just skipped passed my name as I weighed in after my mum.

What a rubbish Consultant!! Even if not from her group she had a great chance to use you as inspiration.

Hope your own consultant makes a fuss of you and realises how great you've done. I'd be over the moon at 10st 7lb too so glad you celebrated yourself!
