Good luck Emily I don't weigh till 7.30pm (still not keen on evening weigh ins but it's the best bet for me).

Hoping I see a loss this week, after last weeks gain I'm nervous. I've run 4 x this week and did yoga too last night. Been a lot better about my food, so fingers x'd

Good luck Purple! Keeping everything crossed for you!

1lb off for me this week. Was hoping for more, but spent two days celebrating the boyfriend's mum's birthday at the weekend - stayed off the booze but couldn't resist the cheese, choc cake and cream-filled meringue so I can't complain!

Whooop! So thrilled and officially hiding my home scales this week.

I lost 3lb, so brings me to 5lb overall so far this month.

Brings me into the 'real' weight loss since before xmas now too - not just regaining lost ground.

Well...another 1lb on again this week.

Need to sort myself out. Not happy.

You can do it Looby! You know what to do, back to basics and food logging. I've been irratic this week in food logging but have tried harder.

Am trying to be good early on this week as its my Birthday on Monday... yes big meal but at home.. roast and birthday cake lol.

Right...I am logging all my food.

I'm photographing and posting all my food and drink on my SW group's facebook page, so that should keep me in check.

There also a couple of other girls from my group who didn't have a good January...so we've all made a pact to get 2lb off each this week. They too are posting their food and drink with pictures, so we're all trying to support each other.

I feel quite positive about it.
