Well done Milly! It's so funny in my group...it's 9.30am and so many people get weighed then stuff their faces with Hifi bars afterwards during the rest of the group 😃 About the same number at mine, crazy!

Milly - well done that's the same as me.

I'm chuffed as that is me back where I was, moving forward now too game face is on. I'm keen to get to 14st 7lb (3lb to go) then to my 3 stone award (6.5lb to go). It hit me tonight when my SW consultant mentioned 2lb a week = 4 stone something by June.. OMG! I might just make target this year! I hadn't even imagined it as had been so busy concentrating on surviving and planning for xmas and just holding on tight.

So.. lets do this!

SW is such a great eating plan. So easy to sustain as you never ever have to feel hungry.

PurpleJ....loving the positive attitude!

I'm with you...I will reach target this year too. We can totally do this!

Now...to decide just what my target should be!

Oh...and I lost 3.5lb this week and got Slimmer of the Week!

That's me back to where I was before Christmas, so on the downward road to target now!

Hi,

I'm new to slimming world and I just wanted to check in eating right.....

WEDS....HEXB-2x weetabix HEXA-300ml lactofree semi skimmed milk. Lunch- gammon (fat trimmed) eggs and salad Dinner- chicken, bacon,spinach, passata pasta. Snack-Apple syn-30g cheese (I ate out at lunch so I synned oil for eggs)

THURS....HEXB sachet of Quaker Oats HEXA-30g cheese. I had berries on my porridge. For lunch I had a ham and spinach Omlette with 1/2 of my cheese with salad. For dinner I had jacket potatoes with 1/2 tin beans other 1/2 of cheese and salad. I also had fat free yog and apple on my syn of granola.

FRI......HEXB 2 slices 400g loaf wholemeal HEXA 30g cheese. Breakfast, poached eggs and spinach on toast (HEXB) Lunch, red pepper, red onion ham and cheese omlette. Dinner Quorn sausages, sw chips, peas and sweet corn. Tonight's syns are wine!

I am counting my syns and trying to have lots of speed food. However today I stupidly weighed myself and I haven't lost anything 😔. Is it just too early to tell? X

I would say...

Try not to jump on the scales mid-week if you can manage to resist! And yes, I'd say it is still too early. Just wait for your official weigh in. Looking mid-week can be really detrimental to your weight loss...you either get the, "Oh wow....I've lost so much already...that means I can afford to have that extra chocolate/wine tonight!". Or you get the, "Oh no...why haven't I shifted any pounds? I've been trying so hard! It's clearly not working, so might as well have this extra chocolate/wine tonight!".

Food diary looks pretty good so far. Just one question...when you say 'Quaker Oats Sachet'...what kind is it? Only the 'multigrain' sachets are HEBs. Normal 'Original' Oats So Simple are 4.5 syns per sachet.

Oh no I didn't realise 😔 can I have normal porridge oats as HEXB though? Luckily I have only had one sachet so I will take 4.5 syns off another day! Thank you for your help xx

You can have 35g of porridge oats as a HEXB.
